Most of our customers are working with ISO 9001 regulations, which requires regular calibration of measuring devices in their factory. All monitoring and measurement equipment used for product and process verification must be controlled and calibrated against nationally traceable standards at specified intervals.
Each instrument should be traceable through its own calibration record which contains:
- Identification number
- Manufacturer and model
- Frequency of calibration
- Reference standards used
- Validation certificates and calibration findings
- Details of actions be taken in case of unsatisfactory results
To help you to satisfy these ISO 9001 requirements we are offering an easy to use Sensor Exchange Program.
This program can be used for all our cabinets which are equipped with the Rotronic HC2s sensors. You will receive a newly calibrated sensor, with a new calibration certificate valid for one year.
These sensors are checked on several points of communication with the equipment and if needed they will be upgraded to the correct firmware version. The sensors are calibrated in a stable environment with a low relative humidity and stable temperature.
The calibration is done against a very accurate measurement device which is also calibrated annually at the factory. The reason for this extra calibration is to have an accurate reading in the lower values of relative humidity (RH%) in which our cabinets operate.
You can order a new exchange sensor by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
The sensor will be offered at a low price, and sent direct. We will send the sensor with instructions on how to change it.
We can also offer a long term plan for 5 or 10 years, where you can outsource this procedure to us and we’ll make sure you meet required standards for you ISO audit for this process.
